Tel Aviv · Non-surgical · Drug-free
We find where your pain actually starts.
The place that hurts is usually where the problem ended — not where it began. Our system locates the neurological origin of the injury, so muscle, nerve and soft tissue can recover without surgery and without medication.

What are you dealing with?
Pick what sounds closest to your situation. Each one explains what we can and cannot do.
Burning, numbness or tingling
Feet that feel like they are on fire, hands that drop things, numbness that stops you feeling the ground.
Peripheral neuropathyA tear, and surgery on the calendar
ACL, PCL, MCL, tendon or ligament tears. Many of these do not need the operating room.
Surgery alternativesA neurological diagnosis
CMT, ALS, Parkinson’s, MS or POTS. Long courses of treatment aimed at mobility, strength and sensation.
Neurological conditionsPain that never resolved
Lower back, hip, knee, shoulder, wrist or jaw. Years of therapy that treated the symptom, not the cause.
Chronic painThe difference
Symptom, or origin?
This is the single idea the whole clinic is built on. Physical therapy works on the place that hurts. We work on the reason it hurts.
Conventional approach
- Treats the site of the pain
- Strengthens the injured area directly
- Symptom returns when load returns
- Surgery when therapy stalls
Our approach
- Tests to find the neurological origin
- Retrains the muscles that failed to absorb force
- Range of motion re-tested each session
- Aim is to make surgery unnecessary
The pain in your knee is where the problem ended, not where the problem is coming from. The problem is not the ligament — it is the muscles not absorbing the shock that caused the tear.
What happens
Four steps, and you see the evidence yourself
-
01
Intake form
Completed before you come in. It is mandatory — it tells us your history, medications and anything that rules treatment out.
-
02
Evaluation
We test you and show you, on your own body, that the painful spot is not the source. You feel the difference in the room.
-
03
Treatment course
Most soft-tissue cases run around 10 sessions. Neurological conditions take considerably longer and depend on the stage.
-
04
Re-test
Range of motion and strength are measured again, so progress is something you can see rather than something you are told.
Patient stories
Real people, in their own words
These accounts are published as the patients gave them to the clinic.
For 36 years I walked on crutches and could not climb stairs. Boaz promised the muscle could come back within 10 treatments. It sounded crazy — but I walk on two legs now, without crutches. I climb stairs and even run.
After 20 sessions I started to feel my legs, and after 25 I could move my toes. I can jump, walk and run, which I could not do. I walk alone now, so my mom can rest at home.
Rivka could not stand more than five minutes or walk for ten. She had spent five years in bed. Today she walks over three hours.
The science
Where the method comes from
ARP treatment rests on published work in bioelectricity and electrical muscle stimulation. These are the researchers the method draws on.
-
Dr. Björn Nordenström
Biologically Closed Electric Circuits
Argued the body is a biologically closed electrical system, and that injury creates a charge in deep soft tissue which must be dissipated for healing to occur — otherwise scar tissue forms and range of motion is restricted.
-
Dr. Yakov Kots
Electrical stimulation in athletics
Reported in Montreal in 1977 that electrically stimulating muscle increases both the strength and the physical size of muscle fibre, after twenty sessions.
-
Dr. Robert Becker
The Body Electric
Argued that collagen becomes electrically charged and forms scar tissue when physically abused.
-
E. Neher & B. Sakmann
Nobel Laureates
Showed that cells communicate electrically. Cells embedded in charged collagen at an injury site have that communication disrupted, which prevents inflammation and edema from resolving.
Practical
Getting to us
-
Hours
Sunday to Thursday, by appointment only. Closed Friday and Saturday.
-
Treatment at home
Available for patients who cannot attend the clinic. Some conditions apply — ask when you book.
-
Coming from abroad
Patients travel for intensive courses. Tell us your dates and we will build the schedule around them.
Before you agree to surgery, get a second opinion.
An evaluation will show you whether the source of your pain is where everyone has been treating it. Bring your imaging and reports.
